The management of Imo state university through the bursary unit wishes to inform students most especially the 100L of the university to complete their registration and pay all fees on or before Monday, April 16th.

A dully signed statement from the bursary unit warned that any fresh student who refuses to pay by 16th April, will not be allowed to sit for the 100L first semester examination as a team of selected bursary staff will be on ground to ensure compliance, the wireless informant learnt.

The dully signed notice which was copied to the Vice Chancellor, deans of faculties, Chief security officer among others reads;

"This is to inform 100L students of the university to come to the examination hall with their original receipt/evidence of payment of the following fees: Acceptance fee, Ancillary fee, WAEC/NECO verification, Matriculation gown".

"More so, the non-indigenous students also should present their original receipt of school fees, all students are encouraged to comply with this directive as team of selected bursary staff will be on drive to ensure full compliance".

Meanwhile, for returning students, the management has also warned that lectures and other academic activities of the second semester for 200L and above commenced since Monday, 18th March, Arising from the foregoing all returning students should ensure to resume and attend lectures promptly and punctually as the rule of 75% lecture attendance before eligibility for writing examination is still in force.
